A new generation of industrial 3D printers
The Form 3L is the first large-scale industrial-grade desktop SLA 3D printer, expand your in-house printing productivity with the reliable and easy-to-use large-scale 3D printer Form3L to consistently and reliably produce industrial-grade parts.
Form 3L feature
·Low Force Stereolithography (LFS)
Low Force Stereolithography (LFS) 3D printing uses linear lighting and a flexible resin tank to convert liquid resins into flawless prints. This advanced form of stereolithography dramatically reduces peel force, delivering revolutionary print quality and printer reliability.
·Attention to detail, achievement effectThe Form3L offers large 3D printing volumes at an affordable price, greatly reducing the time required for external procurement or assembly work.
·Optimized laser path
Two sophisticated optical systems inside the printer ensure ideal printing and repeatable success.
· Uninterrupted printing
Built-in sensors ensure that the entire printing process runs smoothly and alerts you to the status of the machine. The Formlabs ecosystem of generic and specific materials enables seamless transition of materials. The Form 3L can accommodate two resin cartridges, preventing interruptions during large print jobs.
Form 3L solves complex engineering challenges with a range of functional resin materials
Engineered Grey Resin
for multipurpose prototyping
Grey specialty resin with high precision, moderate elongation and low creep. This material is ideal for conceptual modeling and functional prototyping, especially for parts that require repeated processing.
High hardness resin
Has good stiffness and precision
High hardness resin filled glass, providing very high stiffness and polished surface. This material is highly resistant to deformation and is suitable for thin-walled and characteristic printing.
lower friction and wear
Durable resins have low modulus, high elongation and high impact strength to produce smooth, shiny parts with high resistance to deformation. This material is mostly used in applications that require minimal friction.
High temperature resistant resin
High Temp Resin has a heat distortion temperature (HDT) of 238°C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins. It can be used to print fine prototypes with high heat resistance.
Suitable for ergonomic design
Use flexible resins to produce curved and compressed parts. The softness is excellent, simulating soft-touch materials and adding ergonomic features to multi-material components.
High toughness resin
Ideal for making sturdy prototypes
High-toughness resin balances strength and flexibility, making it an ideal material for applications requiring prototype strength and functional assembly parts that can experience brief compressive or tensile forces.
Enables true rapid prototyping
Fast Resin is our fastest print material for fast printing of large parts. With a layer height of 300 microns, it is sufficient for prototyping needs while enabling faster design iterations.
for soft flexible parts
Elastomeric Resin Our softest engineering resin, this 50A Shore material is suitable for prototype parts typically made of silicone. Choose Elastic Resin for parts that can bend to stretch, compress, and can be recycled without tearing.
