The core of "Made in China 2025" is intelligent equipment, and virtual simulation technology is the core of intelligent equipment. To this end, Huaying cooperated with ICT in 2012, introduced SOLIDWORKS CAD three-dimensional design software, CAE strength stress and fluid analysis software, and imported SOLIDWORKS Composer and PDM data management system. Through 3D modeling and assembly of components and 3D dynamic simulation of components, you can intuitively understand the motion state of the prototype, check the interference of components, greatly improve the rationality and accuracy of the design, shorten the product design cycle, and reduce product production costs.

With the help of the SOLIDWORKS platform and simulation technology, Huaying's R&D system has been further improved, and the innovation ability of R&D personnel and the level of product intelligence have been continuously improved. Using 3D design software can more intuitively reflect product details, assemble and verify in the 3D model, and discover potential problems during the design process, thereby greatly reducing design errors and later rework, and reducing manufacturing costs. At the same time, it intuitively reflects the complex component assembly process, and provides guidance for the assembly site, especially in the guiding role of the whole machine assembly on the user of large equipment.

In addition, Huaying realizes the integration of design simulation with the help of Simulation simulation analysis tool, replacing the traditional physical prototype testing method. In the design process, simulation is used to verify the rationality of the strength and stress of the components. Through virtual simulation, the weak points in the product design process are found, and the structure is optimized to increase the reliability of the product. Use analysis results to optimize designs and reduce material consumption or cost. Through the virtual simulation of Flow Simulation, the air blowing speed of the oven is simulated, and the minimum air inlet speed and air pressure required by the air inlet of the oven are calculated. According to the simulation situation, adjust the design size guide of the tuyere, and provide the basis for the fan selection. The analysis results are intuitive and easy to understand, and can generate an intuitive state distribution diagram and fluid curve diagram, which is convenient for designers to study various fluid distributions of the product before production, find out the blind area of ​​fluid distribution in the cavity, and modify and verify it for drying of the oven. The performance provides design basis and drying effect guarantee, reducing the manpower, material and financial resources consumed by product trial production.

The SOLIDWORKS Composer 3D assembly animation and exploded view more intuitively reflect the actual assembly sequence, completely replacing the traditional craft work instructions, minimizing installation errors. SOLIDWORKS Composer directly uses 3D models to quickly create interactive animations, which greatly improves Huaying's assembly efficiency. The three-dimensional assembly drawing of the whole product of large equipment is conducive to the positioning and final assembly and debugging of large equipment at the customer site, and shortens the installation and debugging cycle.

At the same time, Huaying helps engineers accurately obtain the latest version of documents through SOLIDWORKS PDM's drawing version management, avoiding production errors caused by confusion of drawing versions. Using the SOLIDWORKS PDM platform to formulate the approval process for the actual needs of the company, Huaying realizes a series of drawing review processes from design-proofreading-review-release, etc., all executed by computers, shortening the review process cycle and greatly improving work efficiency.
